Hey everyone. My name is Kahlil and I am the site director for the Mount Vernon, NY LGR site. I was a math coach the last 3 summers for LGR and was in the program for 2 years while I was in High School. I am going to be a senior at the University of Maryland Baltimore-County majoring in Environmental Science. Some random facts about me:
1. I play trumpet and timbales in a salsa/merengue band on campus at my school
2. My name means good friend in Arabic.
3. I really enjoy playing tennis

If i think of anything else, I'll post it up here.

Hey guys...my name is Antonia De Luz. But everyone calls me Toni. I am a senior at University of Delaware majoring in English with a minor in Black American Studies.

I love working with adolescents becuase i feel that they are our future. How do you expect the next generation to move forward, if we do not guide them and give them a little push?

I am currently the co-director for Lets Get Ready in New Castle, Delaware. I am looking forward to this summer because i will have a chance to work with adolescents and get to learn a field that i have always been interested in!
